Return & Refund Policy

At Overland Mobile Installs, we want our customers to have the best experience possible when shopping on our site. Because we partner with multiple trusted suppliers to dropship our products, return and refund policies may vary depending on the supplier that fulfills your order. We’ve outlined our general policy below, but please note that specific instructions and eligibility details will be confirmed once we identify the supplier for your item.
Please read the information below carefully, and contact us if you have any questions or need clarification before initiating a return.
Possible Issues
Shipping Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll work directly with the supplier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
Product Defect: If you believe your item has a defect, contact us as soon as possible so we can coordinate an inspection or warranty claim with the appropriate supplier.
Wrong Item or Missing Parts: If you received the wrong item or are missing components, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help you get the correct parts or replacement shipped promptly.
Eligible Returns
Except for the issues listed above, most suppliers require that returned items meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the supplier.
- Items must be sellable as new upon return.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Special-order products
- Electrical components or wiring
- Hazardous materials
- Clearance, open-box, or as-is sale items
- Cut materials (e.g., fabrics, insulation, foam, etc.)
- Items delivered more than 30 days ago (unless defective or damaged in transit)
Shipping & Restocking Fees
If you choose to return an item that was correctly delivered and free from defects, a restocking fee (typically 20%) and return shipping costs may apply. These fees are set by each supplier and will be confirmed before your return is authorized.
We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchase and reaching out to our support team with any questions to ensure the right product is ordered the first time.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please email us at installs@overlandwindowinstalls.com
- Include order details, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief explanation.
- Once submitted, we’ll review your request and confirm next steps, including any supplier-specific instructions.
- Do not ship items back until you receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and return address from our team or the supplier.
Return Shipping Instructions
Products must be returned to the original warehouse or supplier from which they were shipped. We’ll provide the correct return address once your request is approved.
For returns valued at $75 or more, please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. If a return shipment is lost or damaged in transit and is not insured, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Return Processing & Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus shipping and restocking fees, if applicable) will be issued to your original method of payment within 1–14 business days, depending on your bank or card provider’s processing times.
If you do not see your refund after 14 days, please first check your payment account, then contact your card issuer, and finally reach out to us for assistance.
Supplier Variations
Because we work with multiple dropship suppliers, each vendor may have unique return conditions, restocking fees, or timelines. When applicable, we’ll communicate any supplier-specific requirements to you during the return process.
Our goal is to make your return experience as clear and efficient as possible, regardless of which supplier fulfilled your order.
