AVW Sprinter 20mm Wheel Spacers

Enhance the look and stability of your Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 with AVW Sprinter 20mm Wheel Spacers. These hub-centric spacers provide a wider wheel track for improved aesthetics and stability on and off-road.

Our 20 mm thick (just under 1”) spacers allow you to fit larger tires on factory wheels or fit aftermarket suspension like the Van Compass 4.3, Agile Rip Kit or the King suspension  without rubbing your tire on the shock.  

Factory Steel Wheels:

If you choose the spacers for Factory Steel Wheels it comes with extended lug bolts to replace your factory lug bolts.

Note:  Wheel spacers are sold as a set of 4. Studs & lug nuts are included.

Note:  The factory plastic hubcap will no longer fit.  

Aftermarket Aluminum Alloy Wheels:

If you choose the spacers for Aftermarket Aluminum Alloy Wheels, the factory lug bolts are replaced with studs and tamper resistant lug nuts. It also comes with a lug key. \

Use Red locktite on the new lug studs into the hub is optional.  If you use locktite you do NOT need to retorque at 100 miles. If you don’t use locktite you need to retorque at 100 miles.

Torque lug studs to 25ft lbs 

New lug nuts torque to 120ftlbs NO LOCKTITE
